This week we have seen this amazing tool in class.

I planned two different projects for my students, one with my ´boys`in eso2 and the other as one of my ´tutoria` lessons. Let´s see how it goes!

SUGAR COOKIES

 Ingredients:              

    

425 g  Flour
250 g  Sugar

125 g  Butter                    

1 Tablespoon baking powder

1 Egg

1 Teaspoon vanilla

Almonds

Making:                     

1. Preheat oven to 375º F ( 190º C)

2.Cream the butter and sugar, add egg and mix.                    

3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.

4. Roll out dough, 0´5 thick on lightly floured surface.          

5. Dip cutters into flour before each use.

Tip:  You can add some finely chopped chocolate.
