SUGAR COOKIES
425 g  Flour
250 g Sugar
250 g Sugar
125 g  Butter                    
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1. Preheat oven to 375º F ( 190º C)
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
4. Roll out dough, 0´5
thick on lightly floured surface.          
5. Dip cutters into flour before each use.
Tip:  You can add some finely chopped chocolate.
