Chocolate Brownies

TOOLS
SHALLOW BAKING TIN, SMALL BOWL,SCISSORS, WIRE RACK, FORK GREASE PROOF PAPER, KNIFE, WOODEN SPOON, SAUCEPAN, and a MIXING BOWL.


INGREDIENTS: 
65g butter,  50g Plain chocolate, 175g Soft brown sugar,  2 Eggs, 65g walnut pieces,     65g Self raising flour.
Yummy, yummy!
MAKING:
1. Set the oven to 180ºC.
2. Cut a square of graseproof paper and put it in the bottom of the greased baking tin.
3. Heat some water in the saucepan until it just starts to bubble.
4. Put the butter in the small bowl and cut it up.
5. Break up the chocolate into the bowl and stand it over the pan.
6. Stir the butter and chocolate together until they have melted.
7. Break the eggs into the mixing bowl and beat with a fork.
8. Add the flour, walnuts and sugar and mix with the wooden spoon.
9. Pour the melted chocolate and butter into the mixture in the bowl and beat them hard until  the mixture is smooth.
10. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Leave it to cool in the tin and then cut it into squares.

TIPS
Brownies can be made with any kind of chocolate or nut.

Try using white or milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate and using other sort of nut, such as hazelnuts, peanuts or almonds instead of walnuts.
